Once upon a time, I was a postdoctoral fellow at Duke University, described by a former faculty member as "one of the 50 universities that like to call themselves one of the top 25 universities in the country". That kind of self-congratulation isn't made any more plausible by the fact that for many years, the highest-paid employee of Duke University has been a basketball coach.
Love the terrapins memories since I was living in Baltimore for school from 1998-2003. Although if you had asked me yesterday who made the steal on Williams, I would have said Juan Dixon. I remember I popped a tape in the VHS and hit "record" for the second half and therefore caught the Chris Wilcox-led blowout. Good times. Now, the tape is gone, but some things still live on Youtube.

And the jerk lost again, to the same UNC team! It couldn't happen to a more deserving fellow. I look forward to your comments on the debacle.
